These Terms of Service explain the conditions for creating and using a Northvire.me email account, including access through webmail and compatible email applications.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you visit Northvire.me, register an account or use Northvire.me email.

"Northvire.me", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Northvire.me service and its operator. The operator's full legal name, registered address and applicable registration details must be published in the legal notice before public launch.

2. The service

Northvire.me provides email mailboxes and related access, which may include browser-based webmail and standard IMAP and SMTP access through compatible applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.

Storage limits, features and availability may depend on the account information shown during registration.

TLS can protect connections between devices and mail servers. However, TLS is not end-to-end encryption. Message content and metadata may be processed by Northvire.me's mail systems and by other providers involved in message delivery.

Authorised technical personnel may need access to systems and, in limited circumstances, message data for operation, security, support or legal compliance.

3. Your account

When using Northvire.me, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information requested during registration.
• Choose a strong and unique password and keep it confidential.
• Not share your credentials or allow unauthorised access to your mailbox.
• Notify Northvire.me promptly if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
• Use only names and email addresses that you are entitled to use.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove any mandatory legal rights that apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Northvire.me to:

• Send spam, phishing messages or unsolicited bulk email.
• Distribute malware or other malicious software.
• Send fraudulent, threatening or unlawful messages.
• Distribute content that infringes another person's rights.
• Harass, impersonate or deliberately deceive others.
• Bypass sending limits or other technical restrictions.
• Attack, overload or interfere with Northvire.me systems.
• Access another person's account without permission.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Storage and backups

Mailbox quotas and technical limits may apply to your account. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important messages and attachments.

Northvire.me may create backups for system recovery, reliability and business continuity.

Backups are not a guaranteed message-restoration service. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backup copies until the applicable backup cycle expires.

6. Availability and security

We take reasonable steps to operate and secure the service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.

Maintenance, network problems, attacks, upstream provider incidents or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access or email delivery.

7. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these terms, protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, respond to a security incident or comply with applicable law.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for a restriction or suspension.

You may request account closure by contacting support@northvire.me.

Account deletion may be subject to applicable backup cycles, security requirements and legal obligations.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Northvire.me Privacy Policy.

Ordinary email requires the processing of message content, addresses and routing information in order to store and deliver messages.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service or these Terms of Service to reflect technical, operational or legal developments.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Revised terms will show their effective date.

If you do not agree with a material change, you may stop using the service and request account closure.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, nor do these terms remove mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to applicable law, Northvire.me is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for indirect losses to the extent permitted by law.

11. Applicable law

Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain unaffected by these terms.

The service operator's legal identity, registered location and governing-law details must be completed in the legal notice before public launch.

Any disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
